Since 2004 he has been a partner at E. Capital Partners. He was previously Managing Director of JPMorgan and Vice President of Kidder, Peabody. An advisor for many international M&A transactions and founder of SFERA Consulting he is currently Professor of Corporate Valuation at Bocconi University School of Management.

Member of E. Capital Partners (now Mittel Corporate Finance SpA) since September 2007.
Formerly he was responsible of the M&A Italian division of Société Générale (2004-2007) and member of the European M&A Board, responsible for the M&A division of Banca Intesa (now Intesa-SanPaolo) and Senior Manager of the Investment Banking division of Banca IMI until 2001.

Member of E. Capital Partners (now Mittel Corporate Finance SpA) Management Team since 2004. From 1998 to 2003 he was manager for Deloitte & Touche, in charge for the execution and management of grant and loan projects at Regional, National and European Level. Between 1996-98 he has matured an experience in Bruxelles to the European Parliament, following the adhesion process of the Eastern Europe new member States. From 2001 to 2003 he was in charge for the management of the Deloitte & Touche "Italia Grant Finance Division" and responsible for all the activities within the Deloitte & Touche International network.
